The high-speed rewinding machine HS-5000 is equipped with the following components:

Shaftless high-speed winding unit
Tailstock for clamping wire spools
Spool holder
Deflection rollers
Mechanical dancer arm
Electronic traversing unit
Wire clamp
Control panel (HMI)

Convenient adjustments can be made using the MTPS700 control panel and the SUMMI Simatic software module. Spools can be changed using the tailstock.

Suitable for a wide variety of spool types:

Cylindrical spool / Straight-flange spool
Conical spool / Tapered spool
Semi-conical spool / Partly conical spool
